Minutemen News · Maranatha High School Welcomes New Head Volleyball Coach Michael Del’Homme


Maranatha High School is proud to introduce new Head Volleyball coach Michael Del’Homme.  Coach Del’Homme has over 30 years of experience coaching, hosting tournaments, clinics and summer camps at the high school and collegiate levels.  For the past 18 years Coach Del’Homme has been coaching high school and club volleyball and is a volunteer coach with the USA Women’s National team when they are training at the American Sports Center in Anaheim.  In 2009, Michael founded and directed California Blue Volleyball Club and managed the club for 9 seasons.  Michael is a certified USAV-CAP Level I and II coach through the USA Volleyball coaching accreditation program as well a High Performance coach for USA volleyball.  When asked about the opportunity to join the Maranatha family, Coach Del’Homme responded, “I am extremely excited to be a part of the rich tradition at Maranatha High School.  I look forward to building a winning tradition in volleyball and growing the program into an annual league and CIF contender.”  There will be a parent/player informational meeting on June 27th at 7pm in the Commons.
